Krysta Dikun

Pharmacology PhD Program - Predoctoral Graduate Student

I was born and raised in Philly. In the spring of 2016, I obtained my BS in Biology and Psychology from Drexel University. During my undergraduate years, I had the opportunity to intern at two wonderful companies, Amicus Therapeutics, where I focused on a gene therapy de-immunization project, and Johnson & Johnson where I assisted in assay development. After graduation, I spent a year working at Merck doing assay validation. In the fall of 2017, I began the Pharmacology Ph.D. program here at Weill Cornell and joined the Gudas lab in 2018. I am very excited for my thesis work and am looking forward to spending these upcoming years surrounded by amazing colleagues and great science. In my spare time, I enjoy boating, singing/playing guitar and piano, dancing, and fostering dogs.
